Shipping & Returns
We can ship to any address in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. However, products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates for PCM products are weight-based. The weight of each product is shown on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Any product over 50 pounds must be palletized. To get a better rate on shipping when you buy any item over 50 pounds or multiple items that can be shipped on one pallet, please call 909-627-7040 and a representative will get a quote for you and complete your order.
You may return new products within 30 days of delivery with return shipping charges paid by you. If you wish to return an item, simply call PCM at 909-627-7040 and advise them you are returning a product. The returned item must be in new condition and packaged in the original box received by you. PCM will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee to your credit card. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If your products are damaged in shipment, it is imperative that you notify PCM immediately by calling 909-627-7040. PCM will issue a return postage paid pickup slip. When the damaged product is received back at PCM, a replacement of the item will be shipped to you. Any delay in reporting damaged items will affect your refund or replacement.
